We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's finance team. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll accounting, audits, and Ministry of Revenue matters. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can work independently and provide technical guidance to junior finance staff and have experience in Advertising company.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

-Handle VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other statutory tax declarations.

-Lead Ministry of Revenue tax audits, assessments, reconciliations, and compliance follow-ups.

-Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

-Support internal and external audits and maintain audit documentation.

-Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior finance team members.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.

-Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and Ministry of Revenue procedures.

-Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and statutory compliance.

-Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
