We are hunting for elite recent graduates to join Afri Flame Holding as Customer Service Officers for our fast-growing e-learning platforms. If you're sharp, articulate, and ready to handle real-time chat and call support in a digital education environment—this is your launchpad.

What we're looking for:

· recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree.

· Top academic performer—minimum CGPA of 3.2, with transcripts that back it up.

· Excellent communicator—fluent in English ,Amharic (both spoken and written) with a professional phone manner.

Near Lideta Mexico area, (easily accessible).

· Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable with multitasking across chat systems and phone lines.

The schedule (shift-based):

· Monday to Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Local Time)

· Sunday: Full day
