We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications, while also managing app releases and collaborating closely with backend developers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter

Design and implement clean, user-friendly UI/UX interfaces

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services

Manage app deployment and release processes (App Store & Google Play)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers

Lead and support a team of developers, ensuring smooth workflow and communication

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart

Experience in building and deploying mobile applications

Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integration

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and development teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for effective team communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
