About the Role

We are building an on-site, cutting-edge AI video editing team in Addis Ababa. We are looking for a creative AI Video & Character Specialist to work directly with our team to design realistic AI characters and produce high-quality video content using state-of-the-art AI video tools.

Key Responsibilities

Character Generation & Consistency: Design, render, and maintain hyper-consistent AI characters across various video scenes and campaigns.
On Site AI Video Production: Drive end-to-end video creation in our Addis Ababa office using modern generative AI workflows.
Editing & Post-Production: Refine, lip-sync, animate, and edit AI-generated assets into cohesive final video assets.
Tool & Pipeline Experimentation: Test and integrate new AI tools, custom prompts, and workflows to maintain high visual standards.

Requirements

Proven experience generating consistent AI characters and producing AI-driven video content.
Hands-on expertise with key AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika, Kling AI, HeyGen, ElevenLabs).
Strong post-production proficiency in standard video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects).
Solid visual storytelling, prompt engineering, and camera movement knowledge.
Must be based in Addis Ababa and able to work fully in-person at our local office.
