Receive and inspect incoming materials, products, spare parts, and supplies.
Verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Properly arrange and label items for easy identification and access.
Issue materials and products based on approved requests and documentation.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and slow-moving items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences with records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Technical, and other departments regarding inventory requirements.
Supervise and guide junior storekeepers and store assistants.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained.
Maintain proper documentation for all receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Support stock audits and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.
Ensure company inventory control procedures and safety requirements are followed.
