Duties & responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers professionally.
Understanding customer needs and preferences
Processing customer orders and payments
Arranging delivery or pickup of purchased products
Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current furniture trends and styles

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Architecture.

Required skill

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and explain furniture features.
Good knowledge of furniture design, styles, materials, and maintenance for advising customers suitably.
Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
