We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Functional Support Officer to support the effective implementation and day-to-day use of its ERP system. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in ERP systems, business process improvement, and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with employees across different departments to ensure the ERP system is used effectively, provide user support and training, assist with system testing, improve data quality, and help identify opportunities to standardize and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand Fassilo's ERP system and business processes.
Provide first-level functional support to ERP users across the organization.
Train and guide employees on the effective use of the ERP system.
Record, track, and follow up on user support requests until resolution.
Assist in ERP testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system improvements.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy and quality within the ERP system.
Identify manual processes and recommend opportunities for standardization and automation.
Prepare user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
Coordinate with the external ERP consulting team to resolve complex functional issues.
Travel to company branches when required to provide on-site support and user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of ERP systems or Odoo ERP is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of business processes and information systems is desirable.
