About the Role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to secure partnership agreements with private schools across Addis Ababa. This is a field-based sales role that involves meeting school owners and principals, presenting our education platforms, and closing partnership deals.

Responsibilities

Prospect and visit private schools.
Present BTT's partnership program.
Build relationships with school decision-makers.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and grow partner relationships.
Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and partnership reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in Amharic and English.
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with private schools, educational institutions, or NGOs
Existing professional network within the education sector is an advantage.
Experience in partnership development, institutional outreach, or business development.
