Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and help improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has strong sales and research abilities, and is comfortable managing inventory and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and partners.

- Assist with sales activities, including customer follow-ups and lead generation.

- Conduct online and market research to support business decisions.

- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock records are accurate and supplies are replenished on time.

- Prepare reports, organize documents, and maintain digital records.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.

- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Good research and analytical abilities.

- Experience with inventory management and record keeping.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

- High level of organization and attention to detail.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
