Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential advertisers and partners
Promote the TV station’s advertising packages and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

BA degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the media industry only (TV, radio, digital media, advertising agency, or outdoor advertising)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
