Job Summary

The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and consistency standards. The role includes managing breakfast service, monitoring ingredient quality, and ensuring timely preparation of all menu items.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.

Manage food preparation and breakfast service efficiently.

Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.

Assist in developing and improving breakfast menu offerings.

Requirements

Experience as a breakfast chef, line cook, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
