About the Role

Yanoltech is looking for a creative and skilled Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX sense to build modern, high-quality web interfaces for real-world systems. This is a full-time onsite role for someone energetic, collaborative, and solution-driven.

We are not looking for “just 9–5 coders” ,we want people who bring ideas, solve problems, and communicate well in a fast-moving team environment.

What You Will Do

Build clean, responsive, and modern user interfaces
Work closely with design and backend teams
Turn UI/UX ideas into real working products
Improve usability, performance, and overall user experience
Contribute to real production systems (not just small demo apps)

Requirements

Strong frontend skills (React / modern JS frameworks)
Good UI/UX understanding and design thinking
Problem-solving mindset and fast learning ability
Good communication and team energy
Ability to work onsite full-time

We Are NOT Looking For

Developers who only copy/paste AI-generated code without understanding
“Vibe coders” who cannot explain or build logic themselves
People who cannot work without constant AI assistance
Low-initiative or passive 9–5 mindset workers
