We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive audience and brand growth.

- Create and manage engaging, high quality content.

- Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and creative concepts for social media content.

- Stay updated on current trends and have a strong sense of content and creative direction.

- Manage and promote podcast and studio content across social platforms.

- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

- Analyze performance and continuously improve content and growth strategies.

- Collaborate with our creative team on content production.

- Attend studio shoots and podcast recordings whenever content is being produced.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management.

- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.

- Previous experience with podcasts or podcast related content.

- Strong knowledge of current social media trends.

- Excellent taste and a strong creative eye for content.

- Proven ability to contribute to social media growth.

- Experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Excellent English and Amharic communication skills.

- Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

- Creative, proactive, organized, and results driven.
