Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stockouts.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports and ERP-Odoo system records promptly.
Support system-based inventory reconciliation processes and ensure system accuracy.
Monitor all goods are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to FIFO/FEFO principles.
Identify and propose process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or FMCG distribution operations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and integrity.
