Yegna Trading PLC is a leading rebar trading company in Addis Ababa, supplying Grade 75 rebar from 8mm to 32mm to contractors, engineers, and construction companies across Ethiopia. We are building a new IT & Digital Transformation department, and we need a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online growth from the ground up.

This is not a generic social media job. You will be responsible for turning our digital channels — including our existing Telegram channel of 3,658 subscribers — into a real sales engine. You will work directly with our ERP sales data, track every lead from first click to confirmed order, and be measured on revenue, not just likes.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business
Create and publish product-focused content (prices, sizes, quality, delivery)
Post at least 3 times per week on each platform
Produce short promotional videos and graphics
Respond to customer inquiries within 2 business hours

Lead Generation & Sales

Run Meta and Google Ads for B2B customers
Manage WhatsApp catalogs, price lists, and promotions
Grow and engage the Telegram community
Build and manage online inquiry/quotation forms
Track leads from inquiry to confirmed sales

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports
Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, and campaign ROI
Analyze Meta, Google, Telegram, and WhatsApp insights

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities
Track Ethiopian construction and infrastructure trends
Follow global steel and rebar market developments

Meta, Google & Telegram analytics
Lead tracking & CRM management
Excel/Google Sheets reporting
Data-driven marketing decisions

5. Business Knowledge

B2B & industrial marketing
Sales and ERP collaboration
Ethiopian construction market awareness
Self-starter with process-building skills

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in B2B, industrial, construction, or building materials marketing
Experience with WhatsApp Business API automation
Basic knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
Experience managing a Telegram channel with 1,000+ active subscribers
