Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations and inventory activities.
Monitor receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
Ensure accurate stock records and timely stock reconciliation.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage conditions and organize the store efficiently.
Supervise storekeepers and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar position.
Good knowledge of inventory control and store management procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in the food manufacturing, bakery, restaurant, or FMCG industry is preferred.
