Call Center Agent

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and inquiries.
Receive and manage delivery requests.
Coordinate with drivers and operations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Track and update customers on deliveries.
Record customer information and call details.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Teamwork and time-management skills.
Professional and polite attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or above.
Previous call center or customer service experience.
Experience in delivery, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa locations.
Fluency in Amharic and English.
