I’m looking for someone to take ownership of social media for a coffee roasting comoany across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

I already have a large library of photos and videos from our grand openings. I’ll do my best to share raw contents.

I need someone who can:

* Plan weekly/monthly content without waiting for me to direct every post

* Turn existing footage into Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and graphics

* Edit videos, write captions, choose hashtags/music, schedule and post content

* Promote products, online ordering, markets, and events

* Monitor engagement and analytics and adjust the strategy

Also love original content around Ethiopian coffee culture, buna ceremony, coffee origins, traditions, Addis coffee culture, and Ethiopian holidays.

The goal is for you to manage most of the day-to-day social media work while keeping the brand warm, polished, family-centered, culturally authentic, and appealing to international audience.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone proactive not someone who waits for me to tell them what to post each day.
