### Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Python, Machine Learning, and Data Science Instructor to lead the next generation of Ethiopian data professionals. You will translate complex technical concepts into practical, career-ready skills through hands-on projects and real-world case studies.

### Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in Python, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

- Introduce students to modern AI technologies, including generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Guide learners through practical projects, Kaggle competitions, and open-source contributions.

- Evaluate student progress and provide personalized mentorship and feedback.

- Continuously update course material to reflect current industry tools and trends.

- Develop and structure course content for online delivery, and prepare accompanying course materials.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Master's degree or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching, corporate training, or coaching in Python and Data Science.

- Technical Skills: Strong portfolio of data science projects, research, or Kaggle contributions; hands-on proficiency with Python, ML frameworks, and data analysis tools.

- Certifications (preferred): Google Data Analytics, AWS Machine Learning, TensorFlow Developer, or equivalent.
