Key Responsibilities

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding and personal records.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
Support performance management and employee development activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor Proclamation and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.
