We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor to help us create engaging content for a faceless English YouTube channel.
You will be responsible for transforming interview footage into compelling videos that keep viewers engaged.
Responsibilities:
Edit 15 minute YouTube videos from interview footage.
Select the most engaging moments and structure videos with strong storytelling.
Create attention grabbing hooks and intros (first 1-2 minutes are especially important).
Add relevant stock footage, images, transitions, captions, and copyright free music/sound effects.
Design eye catching YouTube thumbnails that improve click through rate.
Maintain consistent quality and meet weekly deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience editing YouTube videos (especially faceless content is a plus).
Good understanding of audience retention and storytelling.
Ability to create engaging thumbnails.
Reliable communication and ability to deliver work on time.
Willingness to receive feedback and improve with each video.
Work Schedule & Payment:
2 videos per week
Payment: 1,000 birr per completed video
