Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily village operations, including accommodations, amenities, dining, and recreational services.
Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses; prepare reports for senior management.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate special events, activities, and community engagement initiatives within the village.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the village and attract new guests.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality management, resort, or community village management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and operational reporting.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
Education BA Degree In Management, marketing, Business Administration or Tourism Management or Related field.
Experience More Than 5 years of gross experience and have at least 2 years of managerial experience in similar sector or any well-organized company.
