Job Title: Personal Trainer

Company: Brand Fitness plc

Brand Fitness is hiring a Personal Trainer to help customers safely and confidently use our home fitness products after purchase.

Role Purpose

The Trainer will visit customers at home, teach basic product usage, provide simple beginner workout guidance, and support Brand Fitness content creation for ads and organic social media.

This role is mainly about customer education, product confidence, safety, and trust.

Main Responsibilities

● Visit customers after delivery and installation

● Teach safe and correct use of Brand Fitness products

● Give simple beginner workout plans

● Explain common mistakes to avoid

● Provide general fitness, exercise, and healthy lifestyle tips

● Record customer questions, feedback, and concerns

● Report product or safety issues to the team

● Support testimonial and referral collection when appropriate

● Create or support short educational videos for social media and ads

● Turn common customer questions into content ideas

Required Qualifications

● Degree or diploma in sport science, exercise science, physical education, fitness coaching, or related field

● Good understanding of beginner exercise and safe movement

● Strong communication skills

● Ability to teach customers patiently and clearly

● Professional behavior in customer homes

● Comfortable creating or appearing in fitness-related content

● Ability to follow checklists, safety rules, and company procedures
