Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Architect who excels in both the studio and on the construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural designs using Revit, creating photorealistic visualizations using D5 Render, and actively conducting site supervision to ensure construction aligns perfectly with our design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Modeling: Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, construction documents, and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit.

High-End Visualization: Create photorealistic exterior/interior renderings and walkthrough animations using D5 Render.

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure work complies with architectural plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the office design team, clients, and contractors on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Experience: practical experience in architectural design, high-end rendering, and construction work

Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (for BIM/modeling) and D5 Render (for real-time rendering and animation).

Skills: Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, local building codes, and structural coordination.

Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills on-site.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing Revit drawings, D5 Render samples, and examples of executed site projects.
