We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dependable Operations & Academic Assistant who can support daily academy operations while also assisting in academic activities when needed.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and taking ownership of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations

Assist the Academy Manager in daily operations.
Coordinate schedules for teachers, students, and classrooms.
Monitor attendance for students and teachers.
Prepare reports, documents, and operational updates.
Ensure classrooms and learning materials are organized.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Follow up on pending tasks until completion.

Academic Support

Cover classes when teachers are unavailable.
Teach English classes when assigned.
Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Maintain high teaching standards and student engagement.
Help monitor student progress.

Customer Service

Welcome and assist students and parents.
Respond professionally to inquiries.
Resolve student concerns promptly.
Coordinate student onboarding and registration support.

Team Support

Work closely with teachers, sales staff, and management.
Assist in organizing workshops, boot camps, and academy events.
Help implement new operational ideas that improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Previous teaching experience is required.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
