Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

 Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team

 Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships

 Prepare sales plans, budgets, and performance reports

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities

 Work closely with the marketing and design teams to meet customer needs

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 Meet monthly and annual sales objectives

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

 3 – 4 years of experience in sales

 Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

 Excellent customer relationship management skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
