. Deep understanding of design principles.
. Develop tailored space plans, concept visuals, technical drawings ( floor plans, elevations, sections), and 3D rendering software.
. Specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and fixtures, balancing aesthetics, sustainability, regulations, and budget.
. Manage project timelines, documentation, and while ensuring regulatory compliance.
. Stay current with evolving trends, materials, sustainable practices, and new design technologies to continuously elevate project outcomes.
. Creative vision, attention to detail, and a passion for elevating everyday spaces into narratives.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, interior Architecture, or related field.
. Over two year of professional experience in interior architecture or design.
. Advance on Enscape, D5 or Lumion.
. Demonstrated ability in space planning, detailing, and material specification.
. You can submit one project in 3 days.
. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
. Multi-tasking, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure.
