Minimum Qualifications

Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration
- Management
- Sales and Marketing
- E-Commerce
- Accounting and Finance
- Economics
- Other related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and selling techniques.
Ability to use computers, smartphones, and common office software.
Familiarity with online selling platforms and social media communication.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Amharic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage several customer inquiries simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays when required.
