Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards & referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Support onboarding and general HR operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with strong recruitment experience
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
