We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to help maintain and improve IT systems for our clients, ensuring smooth day to day operations and dependable technical performance.

Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
· Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults.
· Provide user support via phone, chat, and in-person sessions, ensuring timely issue resolution.
· Prepare documentation, technical procedures, and reports.
· Set up new user accounts, permissions, and profiles; manage password resets.
· Support the rollout and testing of new applications and technologies.
· Maintain diagrams, manuals, and other documentation for systems and processes.
· Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets to meet service-level expectations.
· Establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with client contacts.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
· 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
· Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and network systems.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
