We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities
‐Provide administrative and back office support.
‐Perform data entry, database management, and data cleaning.
‐Conduct online research and contact research.
‐Make outbound cold calls professionally.
‐Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
‐Maintain accurate records and complete tasks efficiently.
‐Learn and use new software and productivity tools as needed.

Requirements
‐Prior experience in administrative or back office support.
‐Excellent written and spoken English.
‐Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
‐Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
‐Experience with data entry and database management.
‐Proficient with computers and able to learn new tools quickly.
Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
‐Flexible with working hours when required.
