Junior Marketing Officer | DirGebya

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Officer to drive day-to-day marketing execution for DirAutomotive.

What you'll do

Execute TikTok, social media, SMS, referral, and field marketing campaigns
Generate and follow up on customer/driver leads
Create and coordinate marketing content
Run growth experiments and track results
Monitor competitors and customer feedback
Track leads, conversions, orders, GMV, and CAC
Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports

What we're looking for

Strong execution and communication skills
Creative, analytical, and commercially minded
Comfortable working with numbers and KPIs
Proactive and willing to test new ideas
Social media/content experience is an advantage
0–2 years of experience or strong demonstrated ability
