Job Summary

Responsible for handling accurate Amharic document preparation, managing office records, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Type, format, and proofread letters, reports, memos, and official documents accurately in Amharic.

Filing & Records: Manage physical and digital filing systems, organize office correspondence, and track incoming/outgoing letters.

Front Office: Answer phone calls, route messages, receive visitors professionally, and handle daily office communication.

Office Coordination: Schedule appointments, maintain office calendars, and track office supplies.

Confidentiality: Keep all sensitive studio documents, contracts, and client information secure.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, IT, or a related field.

Skills:

High speed and accuracy in Amharic typing (PowerGe'ez or Ethiopic font systems).

Good knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email, PDF).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Previous experience as a secretary or typist is preferred.
