Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads.
Visit potential clients to present the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Manage company social media accounts and contribute to content creation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare daily. weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand products and customer requirements.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, sales, or a related field.
6 month –1 years of experience in marketing or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Good written and spoken English and Amharic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with social media marketing.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field marketing activities.
