Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet visitors and manage incoming calls to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Offer tea, coffee, water, or refreshments to guests and clients as needed
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study, with a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Additional certification in Office Management is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Amharic, both written and spoken

Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
• Good interpersonal and people-management skills
