● Prepare cash payment/receiving vouchers (CPV/CRV), manage petty cash.

● Record journal entries, general ledgers into accounting systems like Peachtree.

● Regularly reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to prevent discrepancies.

● Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

● Organize and file financial documents (receipts, invoices) to ensure smooth internal and external audits.

● Ad hoc projects/tasks if needed.
