Position Summary:

This hybrid role serves as the first point of contact for guests and also manages customer relationship management systems and lessee relations. The position ensures excellent front-desk experience while maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and lessees.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and direct them appropriately.
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
Maintain clean and organized reception area.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and refreshments.
Monitor office supplies and place orders.

Act as primary point of contact for lessees (inquiries, complaints, requests).
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
Gather and analyze lessee feedback for service improvement.
Prepare regular reports on lessee interactions and resolutions.
Receive interested clients, show them around the building, and promote vacant spaces.
Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity.

Provide administrative support to across the departments.
Liaise between staff, guests, external partners, and lessees.

Person Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years combined experience in front desk/reception and CRM or customer service roles.

Knowledge, Skills & Competence:

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication.
Active, smart, positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Customer engagement and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, office-based.
