About the Role

We are a startup looking for a creative and reliable female Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team remotely. You will manage daily social media content for our website system a platform that helps users build website System. All content must be filmed from your iPhone or other good quality phone.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, edit, and post daily content (videos, Reels, stories, static posts) using your iPhone.

· Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, linkedin and Facebook.

· Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs.

· Brainstorm trending content ideas that appeal to job seekers and professionals.

· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements

· iPhone 11 or newer (essential for quality content creation).

· Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio required).

· Fluent in Amharic and English (written and spoken).

· Excellent communication skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

· Female candidate (to align with our brand's target audience).
