Client Consultation & Presentations: Present property options, walk buyers through architectural models and floor plans, and host on-site property tours.
Negotiation & Closing: Structure sales terms, handle client objections, manage purchase agreements, and guide buyers from initial deposit to final closing.
Pipeline Management: Log and update lead statuses in the company CRM, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and maintain post-sale client relationships.
Market Analysis: Track local property developments, competitor pricing models, and financing options to position listings effectively.
