Xpert Training Institute is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the institute’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting records and financial transactions

- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations

- Monitor income, expenses, receivables, and payables

- Handle payroll and tax-related matters

- Support budgeting and cash-flow management

- Ensure proper financial controls and documentation

- Assist with audits and provide financial reports to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 2 -3 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting and Ethiopian tax requirements

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Work Arrangement: Flexible part-time schedule

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and working arrangement.
