ROLE PURPOSE:
Provide first-line assistance for users of the Agentic AI platform, including access, basic usage, file upload, workflow navigation, dashboard access, ticket logging, and escalation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, log, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests. - Troubleshoot basic access, SSO/MFA, browser, role, file upload, notification, and output-generation issues. - Escalate unresolved issues to L2, L3, AI engineering, integration, security, or DevOps teams.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS / KPIs:
Measures: First response time; First-contact resolution; Ticket quality; Escalation accuracy; User satisfaction.
