We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction documents, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring projects meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
