Main Role & Responsibilities

Video Production (Shooting): Plan, set up, and direct video shoots. Handle camera operation, lighting, and audio recording both in-studio and on-location.
Post-Production (Editing): Cut, arrange, and polish raw footage into high-engagement videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and website campaigns.
Creative Execution: Enhance videos with modern transitions, trend-driven text overlays, sound design, engaging captions, and color grading.
Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm video concepts, write scripts, and sketch basic storyboards.
Platform Optimization: Produce content in multiple formats (e.g., vertical 9:16 for social media reels, 16:9 for landscape platforms) ensuring high viewer retention.
Equipment Maintenance: Manage, organize, and maintain the company's video, audio, and lighting gear.

Required Skills

Technical Gear Mastery: Deep knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras, as well as setups for stabilizers (gimbals), studio lighting, and wireless microphones.
Editing Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in professional post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Social Media Native: Expert understanding of current short-form video trends, pacing, visual hooks, and trending audio across TikTok and Instagram.
Audio & Color Grading: Strong skills in audio mixing (voice leveling, background track balancing) and color correction to achieve a professional aesthetic.
Efficiency & Independence: Ability to take a project from an initial concept to a final, polished render with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both high-quality shooting and dynamic editing skills (mandatory to apply).
[X] years of proven experience working as a videographer/editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced brand environment.
Bonus Skill: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and custom animations.
Bonus Skill: Experience utilizing mobile-first editing platforms like CapCut for quick-turnaround social media content.
