We are looking for an experienced consultant to help guide the setup and registration of a new company in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities:

Advise on the appropriate company/business structure in Ethiopia
Guide the company registration and incorporation process
Explain required licenses, permits, and government registrations
provide guidance on Ethiopian tax requirements and business obligations
advise on regulator and compliance requirements
help identify the documents required at each stage of company formation
provide guidance on opening business bank accounts and related setup requirements
Advice on employment, payroll, and basic employer obligations where applicable
Help identify when specialized legal, tax, or regulatory professionals are required
provide practical step-by step guidance from initial registration through operational readiness.
