Duty Summary

Responsible for selling products by self-generating networking opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and using persuasive arguments to engage prospective customers. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers. Maintain positive business relationships to support future sales.

Responsibilities

Undertake assigned tasks professionally on behalf of the Company.
Make continuous efforts to achieve sales performance targets and engage in daily sales activities for the apartment units.
Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Company’s high image, reputation, and credibility, and avoid any actions that may negatively affect clients or the apartment units.
Use your best efforts to find buyers for the apartment units; promote sales of the apartment units diligently and proactively; and forward all customer leads and relevant information to the Company.
Identify and respond to client needs.
Follow up on customer orders as necessary.
Anticipate clients’ needs and address them accordingly.
Meet sales goals by monitoring progress regularly.

Job Requirements

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Experience: Real estate experience is required.

Knowledge Requirements

Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and CRM programs).
Strong focus on customer service, with excellent persuasive skills.
Excellent customer care and strong ability to assess customers’ needs and provide accurate answers, guidance, troubleshooting, or solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ability to communicate efficiently with potential customers by phone in Amharic and, when necessary, in English.
