Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR experience and will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards.
Address employee queries and provide HR support as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Ensure fluent attendance management system.
Manage payroll preparation system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
