Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Work Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in HR personnel or a related field.
Experience in recruitment, employee records management, attendance, leave management, and general HR administration is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
Assist in managing employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related information.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Support employee orientation, training, and development activities.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of HR documents.
Assist with payroll-related employee information and documentation.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
Assist in addressing employee relations and workplace concerns.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Key Competencies

Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.

Location Preference

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Sante Medical College.
