We are a growing design and manufacturing company with a fast-paced workshop environment and multiple ongoing production projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop operations, production schedules, and workflow for 35+ technicians, carpenters, and machine operators.

- Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Establish and enforce quality-control checkpoints from raw materials to final delivery.

- Monitor inventory, material consumption, and proper utilization of resources.

- Oversee preventive maintenance and proper operation of CNC, edge bander, saws, laser, and other workshop machinery.

- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize material waste.

- Lead, supervise, and evaluate production teams.

- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workshop environment.

Requirements

- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing workshop, factory-floor, or production operations.

- Experience in furniture, fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar production environment is preferred.

- Strong ability to read and interpret CAD and technical drawings.

- Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams.

- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Fluent in Amharic and English.
