AddisCustom Trading PLC is a growing creative, technology, printing, packaging, and digital services company. Our services include POD merchandise, pouch packaging, branding, digital business cards, QR Menu, printing, website development, and promotional services.

We are looking for two creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our IT & Graphics team and support our growing number of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative and professional materials for clients and AddisCustom projects.
Develop designs for pouch packaging, business cards, promotional materials, labels, banners, posters, T-shirts, and other printed products.
Support branding projects, including logos, brand identity materials, social media designs, and brand guidelines.
Prepare artwork for printing according to required dimensions, specifications, and production standards.
Create designs for POD products, including T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, and other merchandise.
Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team to understand client requirements.
Receive design assignments, complete them within the agreed deadline, and submit them for internal review.
Make revisions based on client or management feedback.
Ensure final artwork is technically ready for production.
Maintain organized digital files and archive completed projects properly.
Support the IT team with visual materials required for websites, digital business cards, QR Menu, and other digital platforms.
Assist in developing social media and promotional content when required.
Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and AddisCustom’s own visual identity.

Required Qualifications

Education

Certificate, diploma, degree, or relevant training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage.
Understanding of print-ready artwork and basic printing specifications.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Portfolio

A strong portfolio is required.
Applicants should demonstrate creativity, versatility, attention to detail, and the ability to work on different types of projects.
