Lucy Bridge Academy is a fast-growing digital education startup transforming the learning experience for students across Ethiopia and East Africa. Our platform uses modern technology and AI-powered tools to help high school students learn better and prepare for exams more effectively.

We have an organized marketing and content production team and are looking for a confident and engaging Social Media Host to become the on-camera face of our educational content.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-camera host for Lucy Bridge Academy’s social media content
Collaborate with content creators and scriptwriters to prepare engaging educational content
Host Live on Social media
Present scripts clearly and naturally for short-form educational videos
Participate in indoor and outdoor video shoots depending on content requirements
Record high-quality voice-overs for educational videos and promotional content
Deliver content with clear pronunciation, good pacing, and engaging tone
Work closely with the marketing and production team during filming sessions
Contribute creative ideas to improve content presentation and storytelling
Represent Lucy Bridge Academy with a professional and energetic on-camera presence

Required Skills & Professional Qualities
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a host, presenter, or on-camera content creator
- Must provide Guarantor ()
- Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver clear and engaging voice-overs with good flow and pronunciation
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus)
- Comfortable participating in indoor and outdoor video shoots
- Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, scriptwriters, and the marketing team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to arrive on time for shoots and meetings
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
